How do you make it?

Step 1: Season and cook the chicken

Season the chicken with your preferred spices. Heat a pan with some oil and brown the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

Step 2: Simmer the chicken

Place the chicken in the pan with the Spice Mix or Birria Bomb and let it simmer. If you choose the Spice Mix, remove the chilies once they are soft and blend them into a smooth puree. If you're using the Birria Bomb, you can skip this step.

Step 3: Plucking the chicken

When the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the pan and shred it with a fork. Add the shredded chicken back to the broth and simmer briefly for added flavor.

Step 4: Cook the noodles

Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Pour the broth over the noodles once they're done.

Step 5: Serving

Place the shredded chicken on top of the noodles. Garnish with grated mozzarella, a little parsley, and finely chopped white onion for added flavor and color.
